Accessibility
We understand that every guest has different needs and we aim to make our cottages and facilities available and accessible to all our guests equally, wherever possible.

Our Accessibility Review

For the last couple of years, we’ve been working with the lovely team from Access Cornwall to improve our offering for those with accessibility needs.
Their team of reviewers included wheelchair users, vision and hearing impaired and autistic and dyslexic people and they provided us with a Bosinver Accessibility Review Document.
Since the team’s visit we have improved various hard surfaces to make access easier for those with mobility issues, including the lane leading to Lowen and the ramp to our Games Room, to which we have also fitted new wheelchair accessible doors. We have also undertaken staff Accessibility training and are now focusing on making Bosinver as welcoming to neurodiverse children and adults as possible.

Hear from our Guests

โOur son has autism. It was the perfect place for him. He was super chilled the whole time – outdoors, animals, swimming & playpark on site to help keep him regulated.โ
