Our kids helped us make Bosinver what it is, we know yours will love it too!

At Bosinver it is literally our job to be down with the kids and to make it fun for the older ones as well as the younger ones – we understand that what entertains children changes as they grow. Our haven offers primary aged children their first experience of independence, allowing you to relax knowing this is a safe space for them to explore. We have woodland and a lake, play areas with rope swings and tyre swings with acres of wildflower meadows to run free.

Your Cottage

Your Bosinver cottage is designed to be a real home from home whoever you’re bringing along. Each with their own character and just a short stroll from all of the magic of Bosinver, kids big and small will find something just for them from our perfectly appointed soft play to woodland adventures, it’s all on the doorstep.

Swimming Pool

Our heated indoor pool is always a winner with kids big and small! As well as open swimming sessions, each cottage can book the pool for their own private use for an hour each day. Ideal for practicing together.

Under 11s

Primary aged children have different needs to their younger siblings and we’ve tailored our experience to what excites them most. As well as the Bosinver classics that everyone enjoys -animal feeds, pony rides, Wild Kids Club and the indoor pool – they’ll love our onsite welly trail or habitat hunt, a visit to the local village shop for fresh cooked pasties or game, set and match on our onsite tennis courts.

Wild Kids Club

Family full of wild kids? Join our forest school leader Tatum for all kinds of outdoor adventures one afternoon a week. Sessions are tailored to the ages of kids we have present and it’s such a lovely way to reconnect with nature.

Secondary Schoolers

Bosinver is incredible for teenagers too, discovering their independence and wanting some space. We are perfectly placed to explore Cornwall with surfing lessons only a short drive away at Watergate Bay or sessions at the popular nearby Porthpean outdoor activity centre. They could try their hand at canoeing at Golant or Charlestown or learn to sail a dinghy at Fowey or Restronguet.

Pony Rides

Our ponies really are the sweetest creatures and whether you’ve got seasoned riders or the Bosinver bug bites and they want to try for the first time, we’ve got you. There’s no better way to explore Bosinver than on a gentle stroll with Crystal or Ginger or atop one of our beautiful resident shire horses. Pony rides take place on certain days after the animals have been fed.
