Our cottages are cleaned and presented to you to the highest possible standards. In order to be able to meet our changeover deadlines therefore we would appreciate the property being left clean and tidy with the rubbish removed, furniture back in its proper place with a quick hoover around.

Some families however, have indicated that they wish to have a complete break from housework whilst on holiday, so in response we have introduced an end of stay cleaning service which you can request and pay for prior to arrival.
As our cottages are of different sizes, the prices reflect the length of time they will take to clean. If you are staying 2 weeks or more, bed linen, tea towels and towels will be changed mid-stay included in the holiday cost.

We have a fantastic housekeeping team whose attention to detail is second to none. They are consistently rated 92% excellent in our customer feedback surveys and we’re so lucky to have them here at Bosinver.
A few things for you to know
We’ll leave you a welcome pack with tea, coffee, salt and pepper, two tea towels, and enough washing-up liquid and toilet roll to get you started. From there, it’s worth bringing your own condiments (ketchup and the like), extra hand sanitiser, beach and pool towels, cot bedding, and — if your four-legged friend is joining you — their bedding and towels too.
Yes, every cottage has good WiFi with login instructions.
Reception is usually staffed 9am–4pm, Monday to Thursday. Outside those hours, just leave us a post it note in the office or call one of the mobile numbers on the board outside the office if it’s urgent.

We just ask that you leave things clean and tidy — rubbish out, furniture back in place, and a quick hoover round. If you’d rather have a complete break from cleaning altogether, you can book and pay for a mid-week or end-of-stay clean in advance (just select the date on the booking form), though we can’t offer this on Sundays.
If you’re with us for two weeks or more, our housekeeping team will pop in midway through your stay to change your bed linen, tea towels and towels.
Of course — just let us know in advance so we know who’s on site. The only thing we’d ask is that visitors don’t use the facilities reserved for our paying guests.
