Hear from our Guests
“The facilities at Bosinver are outstanding – so much to explore, you could easily spend a week without venturing off site! For the children in our party (ages 1, 3, 4 and 5) the outside spaces were the most popular – we did the Gruffalo trail 4 times! We were also impressed with the pool and the overall feel of the place, which was relaxed and friendly. It’s clear that Pat and Dave have devised everything with families in mind, taking all the hassle out of the stay.” “

A few things for you to know
We have a few favourites included in your stay: the Wellie Hunt (spot all 15 hidden wellies with their letters and crack the final puzzle for a prize), the Gruffalo Trail (borrow the book from reception and track him down among the trees by the lake), and our woodland walk / hidden animals trail (grab a trail sheet from the office and see how many hidden animals you can spot). We have recently added our Enchanted trail – six pretty little fairy houses, hand made by Farmer Dave containing 6 famous fairies for you to identify and win a prize. Also find our magic Faraway Tree on the footpath along the stream down by the lake.
Well we do say ‘Stay, Play and Discover the Magic’ after all!
Farmer Dave offers guests the chance to borrow a bird feeder and see which birds it attracts — a real favourite with older children and grown-ups alike.
Outdoor play equipment, a trampoline, a zip wire and a huge slide, plus trails to explore with prizes all around the site are all included as part of your stay, alongside our woodland nature trails and 30 acres of farmland just waiting to be explored.
Quite a lot, actually — wellies, kites, tennis racquets, books, DVDs, BBQs and board games are all up for grabs, along with beach equipment like buckets, spades, windbreaks, crabbing lines and body boards. Just ask at reception.
