“We came for a week-long stay at Bosinver and stayed in the thatched cottage Coliza, I particularly loved this one as it’s cosy and modern. We were looking forward to this as we hadn’t had a UK holiday together before. We enjoyed this holiday more than our last holiday abroad. It was just perfect, we spent so much valuable family time together and could do as much or as little as we fancied each day.
We’ve all made memories that will last a lifetime. From walks in the trails, and time together in the pool to a day on the beach building sandcastles and drinking hot chocolate”.

Looking for a spring break? to just stop, reset and unwind with your young family? Take a look at our smaller cottages Hydrangea and Buddleia. A perfect stay with a sunny conservatory, great for your little ones to spot our ponies grazing in the field, ducks in the garden and wild rabbits in the hedgerows. Both are peaceful, private and perfect for a May stay.
There’s so much to do at Bosinver, whether it be animal feeding, pony rides or indoor and outdoor play areas. You can also book a private slot in our toasty solar-heated swimming pool.
May is our favourite time of year here, all the hedgerows are bursting with colour and gorgeous fragrances. The weather is warming up and the days are longer. Beat the crowds and see what cottages we have available!

Hello! I thought it was about time to introduce my

Hello! I thought it was about time to introduce myself to the Bosinver family. I’m Jemma and I am the new marketing manager and content creator. I started this month following nine years of running my own eco-friendly children’s clothing company. I’m thrilled to be spending time outdoors with the team and capturing the Bosinver magic for our followers and new friends.
When I am not at Bosinver, you’ll mostly find me at the beach with my crazy cockapoo Figgy, cold water dipping, or knitting! I love coastal walks and I always keep a bag on me to collect foraged goodies for dinner.
I look forward to meeting all the familiar faces staying with us this year.

At Bosinver, it’s Earth Day every day. It’s at the heart of everything we do. We wanted to take a moment to highlight how we help our planet….
🌍 We are now creating over 50% of our electricity with our solar panels and solar array. Our swimming pool alone is solely heated by solar energy and ground source heating.
🌍 we have four Type 2 EV charging points available on-site for your electric vehicles.
🌍 Our cottages Pear, Hillside and Lowen are heated using ground and air source heating. Lowen was built from straw and reclaimed timber using eco-friendly methods making it carbon neutral
🌏 The swimming pool changing room cubicles are made from recycled plastic bottles and pens.
🌏 We source all our cleaning products locally. They are handmade using only natural products wherever possible
🌏 Pat, Dave and Paul try to support local tradesmen, producers and businesses with green credentials to build, furnish and supply our needs. We are members of the Green Tourism Business Scheme and have won many awards for Sustainability.
🌏 Our in house eco warrior Pat (aka Action Nan on Instagram) is busying away behind the scenes to highlight some of our wasteful ways and to help us all make lifestyle changes which benefit the Environment. Her Final Straw Cornwall campaign played a significant role in the phasing out of plastic straws in the UK.
