There are always a wide variety of fun family events in Cornwall happening around Easter time. Here are a few you can enjoy close to Bosinver.
April 11 to 21 Easter fun at Wheal Martyn
Families can enjoy some Easter fun between Monday 11 and Thursday 21 April. At nearby Wheal Maryn, the museum dedicated to the local China Clay industry. There is an Easter egg hunt through the grounds, following the spring story to claim your prize.
Kids (and adults) can also paint Easter bunnies or chicks, weave baskets, make Easter bonnets or make a bug or bird house. There is a small charge of £1 to £4 to pay for the cost of materials.
No need to book, just drop in. All ages welcome.
To 24th April Operation Egg Hunt at the Eden Project
Watch this interactive show, featuring explorer Hopkins the Easter Bunny, You will venture deep into the heart of the forest to help Hopkins save Easter.
Wearing headset bunny ears, participants will get inside Hopkins’ mind and listen in on his dreams to help solve the location of the lost eggs.
Leading the eggs-pedition will be Mi-Shell de Oeuf – eggs-pert code cracker and fearless fact finder who will help you to find clues to solve as you meet various creatures along the way. It’s an egg hunt which blends natural history with good old-fashioned storytelling, to entertain the whole family. Tickets for £10 for one adult plus child.
