Fishing

Head for our on-site lake to while away the day

Our lake is mostly for conservation and wildlife, and it’s great for a Sunday afternoon session with the kids. But our fish aren’t really much of a challenge: they jump out of the water onto your line as soon as you throw some bait in. So if you’re serious about fishing, you might prefer to go a little further afield.

River Fishing

The salmon fishing season is open until mid-December on the River Camel. You can buy a temporary membership allowing you to fish (by the day or week). They also have a small beat on the River Fowey where you can catch salmon and sea trout. Contact Bodmin Anglers to find out more.
