Whilst we are all in Lockdown 2.0 we thought it would be a good idea to look back over happier times this Summer and Autumn when we were able to welcome guests back to Bosinver for some well earned breaks. More of you than ever have been telling us just how much you have enjoyed precious family time on our farm and sending us photos of your stay – so we thought it was about time we held another photographic competition.
Enter your favourite #bosinvermoments photos to be in with a chance of winning money off your next holiday at Bosinver!
We have several categories of photo and there is no limit on how many photos you can enter, giving you multiple chances to bag the prizes – so start dusting off your ‘Bosinver photo albums’ and get ready to share your pics!
The categories available to enter this year are:
“My first…” – many young families tell us that their children have enjoyed new experiences whilst staying at Bosinver – perhaps their first pony ride or swimming for the first time unaided. But it needn’t just be the kids that have enjoyed new things – perhaps you had a go on Eden’s zipwire, went canoeing or even tried a proper Cornish pasty for the first time? Let’s see those new experiences and the delight they can bring!
Animal magic – feeding our animals is always a big hit with our young guests, but which of our animals is your favourite? Our gentle Welsh ponies Kizzy, Secret and Rupert perhaps, or is it the magnificent Shire Horses that graze our fields? Did our ducks or rabbits come and visit you during your stay or did you spot something more elusive like a stoat or deer while you were here? We would love to see your snaps of any of our creatures great and small.
No worries, Bosinver Happy! – this year more than ever our guests have been telling us just what a sanctuary Bosinver has been for them. People were so glad to be able to get away to our little haven of peace and tranquillity and escape the worries of the outside world. Share with us your happiest shots and make us smile.
Vitamin Sea – no visit to Cornwall would be complete without at least one trip to the beach and we would love to see your photos of your favourite spots. Do you prefer the wild north coast or the softer south coast? Do you know a secret cove or fabulous viewpoint? Have you walked the coast path like Nanny Pat or do you just prefer to swim or surf? Let’s see what you get up in or near the water.
My special place – do you have a favourite cottage that you always stay in – or perhaps there’s a corner of our farm or local spot that you always visit when you stay? For some of you your special place might be a favourite restaurant or pub, attraction or garden or somewhere your family have connections with – the possibilities are endless, tell us your story.
Bosinver family and friends – Farmer Dave and Nanny Pat are always firm favourites with our young guests – have you captured them in action on the farm or posing for selfies with their young fans? Perhaps it’s their son Paul or Pat’s little dog Stan that is your favourite Bosinver character now? Or do you have a lovely shot of your family or friends making memories together?

Please email us your photos via reception@bosinver.co.uk with your photo caption and the category you wish to enter – or post them on our Facebook page in the comments against the relevant post over the coming days with your caption and the hashtag #bosinvermoments.

PRIZES
There will be a £50 voucher off a stay at Bosinver for the winner of each category with an overall winning entry prize of £100.
Entry to the competition closes at midnight on Sunday 3rd January 2021 and winners will be chosen and notified during the w/c 11th January 2021.
