Swimming lessons for the whole family, including babies and toddlers!

Introducing you to our lovely swimming teacher, Dawn Haden who has been here at Bosinver every day this week, giving lessons to guests who are staying for the Easter break. Many of the students have had tuition on a previous holiday and are coming back for more – many saying that they can’t find any teachers as good as Dawn at home!

Dawn has been a dedicated swimmer since childhood, with a passion (and awards) for synchronised swimming. She has been coaching since the age of 17, qualified as a swimming teacher and went on to teach at her Council swimming pool in Birmingham.

She moved to Cornwall in 2003, teaching in Wadebridge Council pool and here she set up an after school swim club and attained her Baby Swimming qualification.
She teaches all ages and abilities with firm but kind instruction – demonstrating both from the poolside and in the water and her ears must burn constantly from people singing her praises.

All four of our grandchildren have been taught by Dawn and they all love the water and swim like fish! She has the patience of a Saint and is much loved by them all.
Swimming Lessons need to be pre booked and arranged to coincide with your swimming slots so you have private tuition.

Please email Dawn to arrange your lessons and pay.

“We made use of the excellent swimming pool and our 3-year old even had her first swimming lesson with the fabulous Dawn (highly recommended).” Jennifer, March 2023

“An outstanding addition was swimming lessons with Dawn. She got our youngest, Luna, swimming like never before in just one session. The kids thought she was a superhero and we thought the same.” John Brown, San Francisco
