Group holidays and celebrations in Cornwall

Whether you’re planning a large family gathering or a weekend getaway with friends, our luxury self-catering cottages are ideal for group holidays and celebrations.

Space to be together, room to roam

We have 20 stylish, well-appointed cottages to choose from, which each sleep between 4 and 12 people. Each cottage is truly unique, set in beautifully landscaped gardens and surrounded by wildflower meadows.

The way our cottages are laid out means there’s plenty of space between them so they’re private and uncrowded, yet still only a short walk from one another. If you’ve got a larger group or you prefer to spread out, you can book two or more cottages next to one another.

Our four larger cottages – Laburnum, Jack’s Barn, Lowen (all sleep eight) and the Farmhouse (sleeps 12) – all have spacious open plan living/dining areas, which are perfect for gathering everyone together. The Farmhouse and Lowen also each have a private hot tub where you can relax and let your cares drift away…

There’s plenty of room to roam at Bosinver, with over 30 acres to explore, including our own private woodland and lake, children’s trails and outdoor play areas (including our popular zip wire), a heated indoor pool, games room and much, much more…

Special occasions

Make your special occasion even more memorable. Just give us a budget and we’ll decorate your cottage before you arrive with balloons and banners, organise a cake, flowers and champagne for maximum surprise impact!

Eating out

We’re happy to recommend local restaurants and help you plan your break so you get the most out of your time away. Our local pub, the Polgooth Inn, is a large, family friendly pub within walking distance of Bosinver, and is great for a casual lunch or dinner.

Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall in Watergate Bay offers a combination of spectacular views and mouthwatering cuisine. Sam’s on the Beach in Polkerris is also one of our favourites. Based in an old RNLI lifeboat station, you just can’t beat the atmosphere, and their wood-fired pizzas are divine!

Private chef service

If you’re looking for a dining experience with a difference, Angels in the Kitchen offer an exclusive private chef service. They’ll come to your holiday cottage and whip up a truly heavenly three course meal in the kitchen, leaving you to relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends without the hassle of travelling to a restaurant.

It’s a brilliant way to celebrate a special occasion, such as a milestone birthday or anniversary. They cater for all dietary requirements and can design a menu to suit you.

They also have a range of delicious handmade frozen meals (available to pre-order and on sale in reception). Choose from family favourites such as fish pie, lasagne, and steak and ales pie, plus kids’ meals, sides and temping desserts. All their dishes are made using the best locally sourced and seasonal produce.

Group activities

There’s so much to do at Bosinver that you might find it hard to tear yourselves away. But when you’re ready to explore there are plenty of options nearby.

Cornwall is an adventure playground for anyone who loves the outdoors. Popular group activities include kayaking, surfing and horse riding. Take a look at our top suggestions for group activities close to Bosinver.
